Where can i find a sample contract for my brother in law who just started doing his own carpentry work?

He's just went out on his own after his boss of 10 years retired, but he's gotten screwed twice already. Where can i find a sample contract for him to have the home owners sign before he does the work? Any suggestions??

I would be willing to draw up a simple, overall contract for you if you email me the information you'd like included and the ways in which he's been screwed over. I'll warn you that it may take 2 weeks or so as I've been really busy lately, but I have experience drawing up contracts (I did it for a commercial cleaning franchise) as well as construction (My stepdad and last 3 boyfriends are all construction workers).
