I know Conan is taking his spot when Jay leaves, but how do I get Conans spot?

I can't see why anyone would want to be the next Jay Leno. He is a horrible comedian when you really think about his stand-up (or rather the jokes other people write for him).

Well really if you have to sink to asking the public on yahoo answers then there is no chance of you even coming close to being a comedian.
