It says I should take one pill twice daily however if there is...
Then the label is torn, what does the rest of it say? There is a little itty bitty piece left that says something about hazardous or fatal if... and then the label is gone.
What do you online Doctors in Y/A P&S think?

C'mon it's a prank! I was hoping for some really ruthless or funny answers! I don't usually go to P&S to get medical advice, I'm dumb but I'm not stupid OK maybe I am).

........difficulty in removing the pill once it has been swallowed the first time use the red pull cord attatched to original packing. Once you have sucessfully removed the pill, swallow again as requested above and don t forget to remove the red pull cord as it may be hazardous or fatal if caught in the lower intestinal tract.
If this should happen see a doctor as soon as practicable.

More than likely it's with alcohol. Do you have the name of your pill? Why don't you call the pharmacy, tell them the situation they can help you more. We really don't know the name of the pill. And that is important.
Majority pills say avoid alcohol, may cause dizziness/drowsiness, avoid driving hazardous machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.

Take it to the pharmacy where you had it filled.
They can identify the pill (there is a program with pictures of every identifier on a medication). Then they can print you a new label.
If you don't know how to take it DON'T- until you have instructions.
next time read the bottle right away.
