ok, I know it looks like a camel's toe, I am just wondering who coined the phrase? Was it a comedian?

it was probably the same person who saw a guy in tight swimmers and called them budgie smugglers

Well I would suggest looking at what a camels toe looks like, and then find a woman wearing super tight jeans and see if you can spot the area that looks familiar to the camels toe :P
