Hello, my friend.
Well, to lower blood pressure, you will have to change your diet. Start with using sea salt, instead of hard salt, you can also use minute amounts of soy sauce. Stay away from any refined foods, eat plenty of leafy green vegetables, no raw food for at least a month and enjoy a cup full of brown rice a day. Also, eat one other WHOLE grain each day to help lower cholesterol and blood fats. Stay away from sugar, caffeine and do your best to lower your stress levels.
Anything you can do will help. It's funny how sometimes the smallest things we do can affect things in such a way that they have huge results!
You might want to buy yourself a copy of the Macrobiotic Path to Total Health. It has stabilized my blood sugars, lowered my cholesterol from 283 to 126, and helped me to lose 56 pounds. I hope that you will try this alternative to medication, you can also get a Macrobiotic Counselor through the Kushi Institute website that can help you on a day to day basis. They are wonderful and they really helped me get back on track. I wish you success. Good luck! I have also included the Kushi Institute Web address for you to check out.

Garlic will lower the blood pressure but it isn't a cure. Find the cause of the problem and take steps to correct the source of the problem.

My husband who has Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes, was put on Himilayan Goji Juice. After 5 months, his blood pressure and cholesterol were actually too low! He is now off of 3 of his 14 daily meds.

diet: reduce salty foods
lifestyle: reduce stress
weight: reduce weight
These are just some of the ways.
If you have high blood pressure, though, you probably want to use, or stick to using medication and listening to your doctor, in order to get your blood pressure down to a normal level right away.

Please read the apple cider vinegar and high blood pressure website. To thin blood, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. I personally drink 2+ gallons of water. Blood is watery and blood pressure is normal after 30 years. You might have to urinate a lot, but I think its worth it.
