First of all, don't listen to the first two answers. They have no idea what they're talking to.
Second, which RAZR model? I have a SLVR and it can't play movies much longer than 5 mins without starting to sort of drag and do an annoying *** "pause, play, pause, play" thing (trust me it's too annoying to continue watching). Also, you're RAZR's going to need a memory card slot because it doesn't have enough internal memory to hold even a short movie.
If it doesn't have a memory card slot, give up. There's no way you're gonna get a full length movie on there. If it does, all you need is a 3gp video converter to convert the movie into a very small and lower quality video. It can easily fit on a 512MB card. You'll also need a USB cord to transfer it from your computer to your phone.
You shouldn't have too much trouble finding a trial version of a MPEP/AVI/whatever to 3gp converter on download.com, and once you do you can find sites that can you give the serial numbers to unlock those programs for free. =) Search for them.
If you have a memory card slot but your phone can't play the videos well like mine, you can try splitting the movie into something like 5 minute pieces.
Good luck, hope it works out for you.

No phone or memory chip of that size will hold a movie. Your phone wouldn't be able to read normal video formats like mp4 or avi. They need a weird super compressed video file thats almost impossible to do and then to see and be able to find it on your phone.
