Just keep quiet and do YOUR job really well. Her work, or lack of, will get noticed and addressed by her supervisor. Or sit down with your supervisor and outline your accomplishments and their timeframe and ask if an increase in your wage is possible.

Co-workers like that do exist and it is amazing that they slide by like that, but sombody in management probably likes them.
Yeah, your mom and grandma could outwork these lazy girls/guys so why not let them make you look good by doing a better job then them.
I think that managers do notice people that get work that needs done finished. At the same time these co-workers are lazy because they can get away with it! and don't show them up to much or they will try to get rid of you/ try to get to know them and accept them for what they are good at.

Don't make a direct issue out of it, do not go to your boss and say "this person is lazy and I should get paid more than them." Rather than this ask your boss or if you have a HR person in your firm when the next performance review is going to be and if there may be a chance to review salary packaging. It is much better for you if you go about it the right way and don't look like you are out to "play nasty."

Stay out of it. Your agreement is with your employer to do the best job you can for them for the amount you agreed to work for. If you think you can get a raise, it can't hurt to ask, but ask based upon your merits, not based on the inefficiencies of others.
Or, get a different job paying more elsewhere

Just forget about it. Do your job as best you can and stop worrying about the other person. They will eventually get what's coming to them and be discovered they are lazy.

Work harder, & ignore her. Sooner or later- she'll get "hers". Don't fall into the trap of becoming spitefull.
