help with my insignia 4 gb mp3?

if anyone has it. i doubt anyone one does. im having trouble putting music onto the mp3 player. everytime i try it doesnt put the music on there and i get an error messege anyone know what to do. i think im just gonna return it and get another one.

1.connect ur mp3 player
2.a removable storage will be added on ur my computer next to cd drive
3.no drag and drop or copy the files on to ur mp3 player
and u r done
4.don't try doing with i tunes it works one and only for ipod
urs is a normal player with mp3 - best and better
