When I first thought of going to a year round school, I really did not want to, but it really grows on you. Now I like the year round school more than the regular school schedule.
Pros:
-Shorter more frequent breaks - This way I don't forget what I just learned, and I don't get bored during the breaks like I used to on the 3 month summer vacation (especially if you live some where really hot). I love having a vacation every nine weeks.
-The kids rotate, so when I am on vacation, other kids are in school, which causes our school to be less crowded.
-During the breaks we can choose to continue to take extracurricular activities like orchestra, band, art, or PE.
Ultimately, I love year round school, and I would highly recommend it.

Babysitter costs less. The kids will be smarter. Maybe they can graduate earlier too.
