No I don't think he is if he was we would know his followers obviously don't fear death and treat the dead as martyrs so when he is dead we will know.The reason I think we haven't heard from is he likes to harm the west and they are doing enough harm to their soldiers in Iraq so why would he bother.We will hear from him at a time when we all least expect it.

People that are this evil seem to live a little longer than we think they should. They are plotting and planning. We will be hit again I'm sure, where and when no one knows how evil works in the mind of demonic spirits. These are complicated people. You can not second guess them. They are masters of their disguise. If the Militias are so proud of the carnage of human waste to our Soldiers & innocent Iraqis, then WHY do they hide their faces? I think he outlived his usefulness , therefore the CIA ( or should I sayAl CIAda ) , did away with him . We still manufacture false audios every now and again in order to scare the beejeesus out of everybody .
