Very little. They have very small mouths. Cant really do much harm. The problem would be if the person was allergic to something in mouse saliva. Sometimes wild mice carry diseases that might be transferred, but highly unlikely. Always wash and clean the bitten area. And that goes for any bite from any animal, wild or pet.
Mice do not carry rabies. Mice do not transmit the plague.

Ground squirrels (not mice) can be carriers of plague, but do not transmit it through their saliva. Mice are too small to survive being bitten by anything with rabies, and are not asymptomatic carriers. Their bites are fairly safe, but you must consider the possibility of bacterial infection.
There are several zoonotic (can be transmitted from animal to human) diseases that mice can harbor, the most inportant being: Hanta virus, LCM virus, and Leptospirosis. These are transmitted more through the feces than the bites, but they are a real possibility.
As far as tissue damage, mouse bites are not bad at all. They can draw a little blood, and unless secondary infection sets in, you won't even know the next day that you were bitten at all.

Nothing really, Ive bitten plenty of times, its just like a pinch and sometimes itll break the skin. They dont carry rabies though, I got bit by a rat and I had to go to the hospital for that to see if i had rabies, but the docotr said they dont carry them. they carry some diseases but as long as you wash the wound out youll be ok

Not much....maybe an infection, or possibly Hanta Virus if mice in your area are carriers.
