There is nothing wrong with anal sex. It will not manufacture a disease where one doesn't already exist. It isn't unclean or unhealthy. It won't ruin you ability to go to the bathroom or take away control of your rectum. Many women, I'm one, really enjoy anal sex and find the experience very pleasurable. The ridiculous horror stories told about how "bad" it is are nothing more than old wives tales designed to frighten you, like saying that masturbation causes blindness. Since anal isn't really a form of birth control a man should wear a condom if you are concerned about pregnancy but otherwise it isn't necessary. If he cums in your butt it won't cause cancer, semen isn't a carcinogen people. It isn't dirty of wrong and each person should be able make up their own mind without being bombarded by these stupid myths.

Bad? Not really. A lot of people even straight couples enjoy it. However there are risks involved.
If she "cleans" herself there will still be enough bacteria to infect you (HIV-AIDS, Hepatitis and others). Remember these diseases are basically not visible to the naked eye. Unless you put here in a hospital laboratory and examine her throughly. The risk is there if you do not use condoms. Why? The bacteria can get through your penile track (hole at the tip of your penis) and abrasions of your penile skin. And if you have anal sex with your partner DO NOT USE THE SAME CONDOM to **** her in the vagina. It will infect her real bad.

You could if you don't use a condom. Anal sex is more risky in terms of contracting an STD.
EDIT: There is no way to confirm that she's "clean" unless you have a full print out of her test results. DO NOT HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX!! EVER!!

It is the same as having sex the other way in terms of diseases. Always use a condom to prevent STDs. It's not bad if you are careful.

You'd get one without protection, more than likely.
There's nothing wrong with anal at all. For some people, it just takes time to get used to.
There is an episode of Real Sex on HBO that tackles that topic. Go look for it :/

It is a bad health risk to be promiscuous and have unprotected sex with multiple casual partners. If you and your partner are gay males, disease free and monogamous, the damage to society and yourself is a big fat zero, providing it is consensual.

Anal sex is not pleasurable to women. Gay men do it because they don't have holes elsewhere. Yes, it's bad. For her, for you. she may be insecure and lack the self-confidence to tell you no. But if you care, lay off. Ask someone what it's like to have a bowel movement shoved back in their anus. EEEWWW.

Biblically, yes but for a good reason.
1. tiny tears in the lining of the anal walls allows germs/viruses to enter into the blood stream and could kill us. (AIDS)
2. it can make it very difficult to eliminate waste from our bodies and that could create a toxic environment in the body and kill us.
3. germs spread from the anus to the vagina can cause infertility.
So, God isn't picking on us or wanting to decrease our pleasure by forbidding the practice of sodomy.... He actually gave us a warning.... if you practice this way of life it could kill you or prevent you from multiplying and I don't condone either, it's an abomination against life.
So, use good judgement and a condom.

Are you male or female? If you are female and you go from anal intercourse to vaginal intercouse you could give yourself an infection seeing how you could be pushing fecal matter into your vagina....
