It could be stress but it may not be. The pimples I wouldn't to much worry about but you might want to go get the cyst checked out. It may only be a infected hair which is not serious, but better safe than sorry.

yeah, it's probably just your body adjusting to your new environment and stress. There is a slight chance though that you could have a staff infection. I think sores like that are the first symptom... you may want to check with the health office just to be sure there haven't been any recent cases at your school.

Cola has been proven to cause it, especially the stronger ones like DR Pepper even the lemon lime ones also. If you drink them cut down and see what happens.
