Oh yes, I will be. I started hating Valentine's Day when I was in school. All the popular girls would get flowers and balloons delivered to the office, where they picked them up in front of everyone. I always hoped that I would one day have flowers and a balloon from a secret admirer, but that day never came. Valentine's Day only brought disappointment and loneliness as I came to realize that I wasn't special enough to warrant attention and flowers.
My self-esteem has much improved in the 12 years I've been out of school, but I still hate that holiday. It doesn't symbolize love to me. For me, Valentine's Day will forever symbolize how cruel our society is to single people who aren't popular, beautiful, and desired.

Of course, I know I feel like a loser.
Another holiday without a love.
I miss giving a gift, more than recieving one though.

This saying is for those who would feel badly because they got no gift or flowers nor candy for St Valentines day..
I cried because I had no shoes..
and then I saw a man who had no feet.

I would have to say no since I did not even know at first what "tomorrow" meant.
Valentines day is so lame.

Most will be, because we are trained to think it such a special day, but any day can be a "VALENTINE'S DAY"!
Why must it be on Feb 14th? Just for retail profit!
