my dermotologist has recommended me , m reluctant as i DONT want to disturb my menstruation cycle.

Not at all. Actually vitamin E will decrease the bloods ability to clot as well. If you are taking a supplement, I wouldn't worry about your menstrual cycle, now if you were going to have surgery, its usually recommended that vitamin E supplements be discontinued 10 days prior to surgery, because of increased clotting time necessary when on vitamin E. Vitamin k is the vitamin the makes the blood clot faster, just be consistent with both and you will be fine. You know what, there is ongoing research that shows vitamin E may be associated with slowing the progression of alzheimers and you already know how good it is for the skin.
