Not really for connection to your standard mic input as professional mic's come with an XLR connection. You could use a mixer and take an output from that into your PC, or a new USB mic has been launched recently for professional quality podcasting. It is a high quality condenser mic for making top quality recordings (can't remember the name for it though...you'll need to to a search for it)
