I'm constantly underestminated and undermined...I don't know if it's just cultural differences, if I'm just having bad luck in choosing the wrong people to hang out with or if it's the setting I am in! I never thought this is what my experience would be like over here...I'm disappointed..It almost feels like I am not being given any freedom to be the person I am and have always been...
Any suggestions or ideas of how I can get out of this circle?
