before you evern start, it's important to know where you want to end...

do you want to sell the company later, work it till you retire, take it public, etc.....

what salary and expenses are involved?

then, only then, start writing how your product or service will turn into sales that will meet those numbers

those sales need support ... order entry, purchasing, marketing, shipping, displaying, etc....

find out what will be needed, then start filling in the blanks

you can use software like Palo Alto software
however, the purpose of writing a business plan is to have you in line with your business DURING the life of the business, still, you need to know what the end result you'd desire

you don't need so intricate of a docoment, just something to keep you in track

it's most important that you have a way of carrying out what you write in your blan VS what you put into it...

i can go on and on and on....

need more help /? ask
