That's romantic, but only if you're a goth. Otherwise, write a love poem or buy her something. If you really want to be romantic, proclaim your love for her in public in some fantastic way.

Depending on the kind of person she is, she could either like it, or think you're going too far. She would probably rather recieve an actual present like jewelry. Besides, you may regret it. Personally, I don't like tatoos. They look bad when you get old.
