i dont know what is this...now when i go on the pitch i dont feel very confident....maybe its bcoz iam not fit or somthing..pls help me outta this/.....thnx

a good way to increase your stanima and endurance is to lift weights on your off days from practice. Also, try jogging for 1 minute followed by a full sprint for 30 seconds, then jog, then sprint for about 30 minutes a day. That will vastly improve your level of fitness and ability to tune up your energy level.
