What if I just want to enjoy myself for a while and not worry about anyone else?

Being "selfish" is something that gets such a negative stigma. That's why people get burnt out. "They" are always saying that we need to take time out for ourselves more. Enjoy yourself, especially while you are young because it's harder to do the older you get.
Don't be mean to people though, being hurtful is not part and parcle of taking care of yourself.

Completely normal, but eventually no one will care about you. Maybe you will even stop caring about yourself. Somtimes you have to find a happy median, not to far to this side but not to far to the other side.
