where can i get information on the list of oil/gas fields in south-east Asia?

I'm not going to do your work for you, but I would start by googling the US Department of Energy. If they don't have a map of world oil deposits, i would be surprised. Next would be Australia DoE.
In case they don't, I know PetroMex is drilling in Vietnam.
