I flip out! We scream because they are scary and we hope that someone hears us and comes to our rescue!
Know what's funny? I can check my own oil, change my own tire on the side of the road in mere minutes, fill up my own gas tank, I can mow a lawn, I can successfully test and adjust pool chemicals, I can plunge a stopped up toilet and have even installed a ceiling fan before - many, many, many things that lots of women depend on men to do for them...HOWEVER, I am deathly afraid of bugs and rodents. Go figure.

I think you're being very sexist. I'm a girl, and I don't 'scream'. On the contrary I would either squish them, drown them, or let them go free if I'm in the mood. I think that some bugs are fascinating. There are some bugs that can survive better than humans can. It's really amazing, but many people overlook them because they think they're 'gross' or 'disgusting'. I'm done ranting. Meep.

Most girls do scream, I remember recently at school a spider walked across my desk, and I just squished it. This girl next to me was freaking out. Don't know why, just a bug.

Bugs don't worry me. Bugs are commonplace in this country (northern Australia). I just put them outside or spray them, depending on whether they are venomous or not. I truly don't know why most girls scream, my guess it's just an involuntary reaction to shock.

I jump back and don't scream. I just say OH Crap!! and get away until I see what direction it's going. If it's not a spider, I'll kill it! But buddy,... a spider makes me squirm. Hairy ones especially and crunchy ones. ugggghgggh sometimes they scare me enough just to think about them I wanna throw up!

Depends on the bug and who else is in the room! When I lived in Florida and we had those dagon Palmetto bugs (American Roach), if I seen one go into the babies room I went nuts on it! I would take my husband's boot and smosh the crap out of the thing, BUT.... if I was in my bedroom by myself and seen a spider... I would run out of there faster than lightning and close the door!!! Arachnophobia!!!!!!!!!
