Every element that exists in nature was at one point produced by a star in its normal existence, when it goes nova or when it goes supernova.
If a specific element was not created by a star at some point, it was created by neutron bombardment (hard to imagine enough of that to account for the abundance of heavy elements here on Earth alone but even if an element was not fused into existence, the most likely setting for neutron bombardment would again be inside a star)
or...
Through radioactive decay (which means a star produced and even heavier element and it has since decayed to a lighter one through beta and or alpha emission)
Elements tend to want to approach iron.
Elements that are lighter than iron have a greater tendency to fuse and to accept neutrons through bombardment. Elements that are heavier than iron have a greater tendency to fiss and to decay through radioactivity.

When a star explodes and becomes a supernova, it's quite likely that elements much bigger than anything we have made result. They last for such a small amount of time that we would never see them, but they are created. They are heavier than any elements on the periodic table of elements.

Through normal fusion, Iron. this is because it takes much more energy to fuse Iron than Iron gives off through fusion. Heavier elements are produced in the supernova deaths of stars.
