The answer before mine is correct but he doesn't tell you what settings to change. The best thing to do is use the Default Level button and reset everything. If the button is 'greyed out' go to one of the other Icons and highlight it. This will allow you to reset the Default Level. Then select the Internet Icon again.

Across the top of your screen- Click on Tools then Internet Options then when the box opens, click on the Security Tab. Click on the Blue World, or the Internet. Then click on the box with the word "custom level". When the next box opens. scroll down until you see the "Active X" Section. Make sure the first two boxes and the last two boxes under the Active X section are "enabled". This will fix your problem. Active X helps to prevent unwanted items from automatically downloading to your PC without your permission. So if you leave the other boxes to the "prompt" you will still be able to decide what you want to see and what you don't want to see. I hope this has helped you.

When it comes to Active X controls, I highly reccomend you NOT enable it! Active X is a major security hole and lots of malware takes advantage of it. Leave it as is and don't visit sites that rely on You enablig Active X controls.

You can allow it by reloading that exact pages and double clicking on it.

The rest can be done through Control Panel and Internet Option.
