You can change the color of the grout later, you just have to cut out the first grout. Dremel makes a very handy tool for cutting out the grout. Then regrout with the color you prefer and be sure the the new grout is sealed!

yes you can change your grout color. Home depot, Lowes, or Menards sell grout dye. The problem is you can only go darker... and it doesn't seem to dry the color of the sample. ( depending on the original color of the grout.) If you want to go lighter, then the old grout must be removed, a long, messy, dusty job. Hire a pro, the cost would be worth it....

NO! Don't cut your grout out! They have grout stain at Lowes and hardware's like that! Apply with a toothbrush. Simple. Just takes a long time.
