Believe it or not, put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in each ear - let it stay in there for a few minutes, then dry your ear with a towel. This works well with colds too.

Camu Camu dried fruit powder, a very potent source of naturally occurring vitamin C. C is necessary to support the immune system. I did this for my son, just two grams over 48 hours and bam it was gone! (he was actually feeling better after just one day) Of course I caught it early which is always the best. Also Elderberry juice is good. Definitely lots of fluids. Juice if you cant eat, you need nutrients, you cant starve the flu. I drink 1 gram of Camu in water every day and I have not had the flu in over a year. I have not even had a cold or any other viral/bacterial illness. So I have no doubt as to its efficacy.
BTW the flu is a virus and antibiotics will do nothing for it. You treat bacterial infections with antibiotics.
I hope you feel better

What kind of flu do you have? Intestinal flu? Stomach flu? Bronchial symptoms? Aches in the muscles? Cold symptoms? Each one has a different remedy. Generally you need to build up the immune system. You can do that will added protein like algae. More of the antioxidant vitamins, A E C. There are also homeopathy remedies that kick start the immune system. The object is to get the T cells working overtime.

Stay home. Do not go to work or school and share it with others!
Stay in bed, drink fluids and see your doctor as soon as possible because if it indeed the flu, you will need antbiotics to fight the infection. It is NOT a really bad cold and should not be taken lightly.

Get plent of rest and drink plenty of fluid. And of course eat well.
Every remedy out there are pretty much not worth trying...all you can do really is to make sure your body's defenses are in top shape..
