He has a cold and his breathing hasn't changed but he starts to make sounds like Huuuuuuuuh, its not hurt sounds its acully like it feels good or something but we're wondering what it might be

Sounds like congestion. You can always call his pediatrician and run it by him/her. Try a cool mist vaporizer in his room and you can drop a couple drops of saline in each nostril and then gently suction the nose. Also, it may be easier for baby to breathe if the head is elevated a bit. If you become concerned at all that he is having trouble breathing, go directly to your ER. If you don't call the doc tonight, I would call in the am, in case this type of thing happens again. Good luck to you all!

Sounds like congestion to me, too. Ditto what the others have said. If he's still eating and in a good mood then he is probably not in any distress, but he is very tiny and I know things are more worrisome in a lil baby, so if he seems to be in any distress at all take him to the dr or the ER. Better safe than sorry.

Try to suction out his nose with a bulb syringe if that don’t work call the ER and ask what they think if it worries you.

if the baby's breathing sounds weird to you bring him to the doctor.
