Here you go:

1. take all the chemistry and math you can in HS. Hardest levels - honors, then AP. Biology is good too, but not as important. And, AP physics with calculus.

2. go to the best college you can get into. It is possible to get into med school from lower level colleges, but it is harder. Top schools like Duke or Stanford or Brown send 80% or more of their premed students to med schools. Finish your BS degree, do really well on the MCAT tests.

3. get into a med school. It doesnt matter that much which one.
Graduate in four years.

4. get into a surgical residency. In about five years you will have completed your general surgical training and can then start to be a surgeon or else do more training for a surgical specialty....

So, then 13 to 15 years after you graduate from HS you will be deeply in debt, but as a newly trained surgeon you can make a lot of money and pay off the debts....

Take lots of math and science. Visit your counseling and or career center and look for a summer program that will introduce you to medicine. Talk to friends who might know a general surgeon and ask if he will allow you to watch surgery.

Learn to sew and tie knots.
