Can you repair a Deviated Septum by your self?

i had a basketbal thrown acedently at my nose anyway of fixing it without surgery?? Its on the left side of my nose

No. Surgery is the only way to fix it.

No you kinda need surgery for that. Rambo style self-treatment with gasoline and a bow and arrow ain't gonna work.
