They're called Knit Bootsies. Well, that's what Victoria's Secret calls them. I saw it online before the Semi-Annual Sale.

They are called mukluks(sp?) I grew up in Minnesota and we wore them all the time. They are not a stupid fashion, Eskimos have been wearing them for many years!!!
