record a video form a device then put the file on ur pc. after that create an account with youtube and then upload the file.

You don't make vids on youtube. You upload them onto it. The question would be how do you make a video?

youtude is only for ppl to uploaded their videos... if u want to post video on youtude, u either upload files u download or u use video cam to rec video n upload
