if you were married at a city hall or town court you unfortunately cannot get an annulment. Annulments are just for the church. And they can only be done within the first 6 months (atleast thats what i was told) in new york. If you did get married at a church, then you need to go talk with the pastor that married you, because you can only get an annulment from the church that married you.
