Say you left that job because of philosophical differences with your former employer. You felt it was within your bounds to protect yourself from a potentially abusive resident of the facility in which you worked. Assure your potential employer that you wish to be a team player, and work within the guidelines of your new supervisor.

tell the truth, then you don't have to remember the lie you told.stay off unemployment if at all possible,it will get you in deeper.it makes it easier to quite the next time.be a man step up to the plate.i hire people all the time & a sure way to get on my bad side is to jerk me a round.i would rather someone be a man & tell me truth ,to lay the rap on others shows how weak you are & any body thats been hireing very long will see thru that anyway. you may not allways get the job,but you will feed like a man when you walk away. when you do finly do get a job you will want to stick with it.they call it work not fun an games.every job has its bad days, people that you may not like (but if you work with them ,you may fine you like them) if you work hard, jump in & do the things no one else wants to do (be an asset to the co. & be there to help & not just sundown & payday) you will find before long that you will move up & you can have your way more often. good luck.may God bless

YOU should say that you had to get someone's attention in a louder than usual voice when they threatened you and then walked away. You should say that your former management has made up these lies about you and that you take pride in the professional manner you have conducted yourself at work.
Find out who took you position, and if it is a relative of one of the management team, claim that you were fired and lied about so that a relative of management could take your job away.
If it is a racial thing, say it, especially if you and others had heard racial statements out of management's mouths in the past.
Say: you neve deserved to be either fired or lied about.

I would almost suggest lying to them. Or not....LOL Maybe tell them that the management generally cussed the employees out and it felt like a hostile environment and you just want to work and do what you need to do and go home. Either that...or lie and say the hours weren't working for you. LOL I'm not an advocate for lying generally but it's not like you can go into the whole story with them...they'll be like...UM..what?

:-O It sounds like you were fired for cause (and good cause at that). I think you are wasting your time appealing.
