Under the agreement reached at six-party talks, North Korea must take the steps within 60 days, and in return it will receive 50,000 tonnes of fuel oil or economic aid of equal value.
So that's the incentive.

The administration of North Korea might want to be loopy yet no longer stupid. they opt to be on the ecomomic assitance gravy prepare. i have self assurance that they are going to faux an contract, benefit the global's believe and chew us in the rear end even as they're sturdy & waiting.

I think its great because we don't need to have countries with dangerous nuclear weapons who can wipe countries off the face of the earth because they get in a cranky mood!!
They are going to get the much needed help as their reward for dismantling the nuclear weapons so now the poor people may start to have a better life & not starve to death I hope!! & Hopefully Iran will see the good to come from it & all the world will get on with each other & start to love & not hate I pray!
