Honda UNICORN.
Not the costliest or best looking bike, however overall this is the most balanced 2-wheeler available here.

I would choose you bajaj pulsar 150 CC as a good bike for you. It has new look, digital speedometer, wolf lamps, stylish finishing etc. If you want more pick up than mileage choose sports bikes like Hero Honda Karizma. New CBZ extreme edition came into market along with Bajaj Pulsar (new edition), but I would choose you to prefer to Bajaj Pulsar rather than CBZ extreme.

At the age of 16 you can have a legal Learner Licence (under parental/gaurdian care) and after completion of 18 years, you can have a Permanent Licence. This is applicable not only for Chennai but all over India. OK?
