Do I have to return the Draw-4 Wild Card to the deck if its the first card to start the pile in a new game?

Its so unfair if you do. Anyone share my pain?

No you don't. If it's the first card on the deck then the person to the left of the dealer must draw four cards and miss a turn.

from what i know the new rules say that you have return it and draw the next card but im pretty sure that the older version has that u don t so really it is up to the players to decide but a hint is (if its on u say that you cant do that but if u doit to some body else then say it is fair or u can just take a vote to witch way your going to do it)

According to the rules and past games I have played, the answer is most definately... NO!

If people want this to happen in a game, have them establish the rules before the hand is dealt.
