Anybody knows how to secure grants to organize an International festival?

My orgainzation is planning an International Youth Cultural festival on HIV/AIDS pandemic in Ghana, West Africa.

It should be pretty easy to find out who the organizers of Live Aid 25 were and contact any one of them. They could point you in the right direction.
