Report it to your nearest DWP office, Social Security office in Northern Ireland or HM Revenue & Customs office. If you want a replacement card you will need to complete an application form. Remember that you are only allowed one replacement.

because i'm old, I not in any respect had a card besides. you do not opt for the cardboard in case you recognize your quantity, and if lost, you could in trouble-free words ever get one replace. in case you opt for to tutor your quantity, your type P60, type P45, a type P2 understand coding, or per chance a signed letter on headed paper from HMRC suffices. income element notifications would also tutor quantity.
