Some tables are set as fast play, but I don't know how to do that !

You can play high speed tables if slower players are upsetting you but other then that there is not much to do. Poker is all about thinking and waiting, so get used to it.

I don't think you can, it's very frustrating waiting for those slow pokes.

bluff your *** off, scare your opponent, when there is a good flop and he is not betting high, then go for the kill
