what city are you in? Sorry, I moved to Florida to get away from winter.
Actually I moved to CA in 1978 after the terrible winter with lots of ice and snow. I guess like this year. I moved to Florida 5 years ago because of the CA State income tax and the traffic!!

Yep. They've declared a state of emergency and all roads are officially closed. The power was out for a while, but it's back--at least for now.
