i could get into the genetic side if i knew which sex each was
so if you have a male dairy goat with a female meat type you would probably tend to get a female offspring with a bigger udder than a meat type female
but then again you might not and if the sexes are around the other way it would be more likely to throw to the male characteristics
its really quite a complex thing

Mixed but I would consider more Meat because you'll lose some of the upgraded milk production that was hopefully in the dairy side.Cow dairies often breed their Holstein dairy cows to a Beef bull and the offspring are for meat market.

I should refer your question to a Goatoligist? Just kidding! I really don't know but, I do enjoy watching those Tennessee Fainting Goats- they are hilarious, they will just be running along and suddenly they faint. How cute!
