lake county, where? plus, the day is already over, so what does it matter? i know of at least 2 lake counties in the midwest: one in illinois and the other in indiana.

Lake County where? There are at least 2 I know of, one in IL and one in IN.

Call one of your local TV or radio stations. They disseminate that kind of information as part of the public service they perform as part of their charter. Also, you can call the offices of the school district, trade school, college or university concerned for the same information.
