Can ppl have the ability to read minds?

yes. sometimes i'm able to read my sister's mind, and she can read mine. i can tell when things are going badly at home, and i'm seven hours away... but is that mindreading?

Sorry this ability does not exist. There are two things at play here.
1) The technique the psychics use is called cold reading. Pretty much they throw information at you and put stuff together. You feed them your information. They can also read your expressions. This is a well studied subject in psycology. For example I'll do a quick psychic reading for you. hmm hmm. I see that you have a friend that is not doing things right. Perhaps relation ship problems or some sort of addiction problem. Maybe alcohol or drugs I don't know could be internet. Thats what I'm seeing.
Of course you are going to say yes because everybody has a friend with some sort of problem.So you feed me information on it. So, I say I see an M or a J. Is it mike, do you know a mike maybe jeniffer, janine ..., This is where you interrupt and you say jannet. You will totally forget about mike or any other name or maybe say my friend with the alcohol problem is John but he is married to Jannet so you make your own connection. Of course what I just gave you is a crude form. There are people out there that are really really good at this.
2) We read and persieve more than the concious mind lets you to believe. This is not psichic powers is just noticing things. We see and experience many many things but we filter out a lot of these thing not to be overwhelm. For example, your younger brother goes out with his friends every Friday night. You worry about him and you think something bad will happened to him. One day he doesn't show up in time as usual. You think to yourself, something is wrong so you call your parents and ask about your brother. Again, nothing psychic here. If a person doesn't show up o time anybody gets supisious. We are animals of habbit. What we forget is all the other countless times that our younger brothers don't show up in time but do make it home safe and sound.
To the person that can read her sister mind. No trick there. You two are related and live together or used to live together. It is easy to tell when someone you know well is happy or sad or is trying to hide something. They just act different. They change ever so slightly to their normal behavior. You pick up in it. But its not any sort of mystic power. Kind of like when your kids do something they are not supposed to. They juts act different. Their eyes open wide when you ask them what are they hidding. You didn't rerally know that they where doing something but after looking at their response you know they where up to something.

We are no diffenence from radios or walkie talkies. Our cells emit a type of energy (particularly the mind) that could be sensed by others like radios or walkie talkies when the frequency is the same.

Only in small spurts - fortune cookie saying sized pieces of someone else's thinking drift into your mind. You just tuned into their frequency for a nano-second. You can't read their whole mind or they yours.

Yes in same cases people can figure out how a person feels and then again find out how a person is thinking by what they do.They can figure out threw body action and they way u sound.then soon enough they can figure out about ur problem.My mom and alot of parents do that.Its weird.

Yes. It's something you can learn, too. When you dream you go to the astral plane, where you experience the universal mind. this is where most people are first exposed to it. We are all connected within the universal mind, and you can learn to navigate through it.......

I believe certain people have a stronger ability to feel peoples energy ( good or bad )

if they know enough psychology, they may understand the thought processes and guess someone's thoughts....
