Now I realized that might not of been smart..My test will be in like 2 days I know 100 percent that I have 29 hours atleast until the test. But does anyone know how long it will stay in my saliva? and if it is will I not get hired? anyone have any FACT based evidence, or done a test before, or know positively..THANKS A LOT!

you don't have anything to worry about. alcohol is metabolized at the rate of about one ounce per hour. at the most give it an hour and a half per ounce. it doesn't remain in your saliva either. it is totally eliminated from your body after it is metabolized. it is eliminated via the urine, sweat, and respiration

Detection in saliva tests begins immediately upon use:

Marijuana and Hashish (THC): 1 hour after ingestion, for up to 14 hours
Cocaine (including crack): From time of ingestion for 48 to 72 hours
Opiates: From time of ingestion for 48 to 72 hours
Methamphetamine and Ecstasy (MDMA, "Crank," "Ice"): From time of ingestion for 48 to 72 hours
BZD: From time of ingestion for 48 to 72 hours 0.02 to .3% alcohol detection is possible. Generally it is estimated that 1 alcoholic drink (4 ounces of wine) can be metabolized by a healthy liver in one hour. So, if you abstain from drinking any more or ingesting incidental alcohol like that found in some cold medications, you should be fine. Next time, try not to endanger your ability to earn a living. With normal liver function and body fat, you can expect the blood alcohol level (BAL) to decrease approximately 0.02g/dl per hour. Or, put another way, one drink raises one's BAL about 0.02g/dl and the body metabolizes alcohol at the rate of one drink per hour. Note that we usually measure BAL in grams/deciliter, but some institutions use milligrams/deciliter and so you would see a fall of 20 mg/dL in an hour
