Have a Little grand baby 4 years old. She's pretty clever. Then I've met women where there just wasn't any clever there.
I know of one woman who looked in a men's room and wanted to know what the urinals on the wall were for.

I would say that it would depend on who is judging. A girl is generally the equivalent of a boy. So ask yourself who is more clever a boy or a man. Once again I would say it depends on the individuals and who is judging. Cleverness can be quite subjective.

woman, Because at the time teen age, girls are not aware of life. So they don't have any IQ. Woman's are experienced in life so they clever than girls.

I think the younger generation has the luxury of being more real. Openness is more celebrated now than it was in the past.
Just based on that, the older generation would be more inclined toward being clever (or at least sneaky) than their younger counterparts.
