hot or cold? I'd rather be hot.

Cold
because...
you can always put on more clothing, or grab a blanket to warm up. But after you remove a certain amount of clothing people are going to begin to complain...at least that has been my experience! LOL

Cold, I get grumpy when I'm hot.
Besides, with cold, you can always warm up with a sweater/blanket/heater/jacket mostly both inside AND outside and warm up, while with hot you may have an air conditioner inside but be boiled out.
