Serious answers only please... I leave milk out for the faeries every night, but for the first time this winter where I am it's snowing. Should I leave it outside still or put it on the porch with the door open? Will they come onto the porch?

When I asked for serious answers, you know what I meant? Oh yeah, serious answers. I'm not tripping, or smoking, etc. I do not live in San Fransisco, and I was worried the milk would freeze, that's why I mentioned the snow. (P.S. The spelling is indeed FAERIES.)

Why milk? Cornbread in the garden seems more traditional. And why during winter?

Just purify your working space and cerimonily leave a small offering of bread, wait a few hours, and give it to nature.

Check the outside temperature. It can still be above freezing and snowing. Milk does better than water outside anyway because of its composition. It'll be fine if the temp is above or around 32F.

oh most positively leave the milk ! and once these "faeries" you speak of which i'm going out on a limb, you mean " fairies" come to you please tell them i said hello because to be quiet honest i missed them last night you know, with the snow and all and while you're chatting up a storm with your new found mystical friends maybe you can tell the lucky hobbits and other preternatural creatures i say greetings from the land of morons and idiots. but yes and i do mean this in the strongest way possible, LEAVE THE MILK !

OHHH i love sarcasm

by the way, you're ******* insane.

Just leave it inside your house. They'll still be able to get inside to get it.

One time I called my friend but it wasn't my friend is was my friend Rupert the goblin and turns out he had the flu so he couldn't come over. But I threw cinnamon out the window that night so I don't know why he had the flu. I think I'll try nutmeg tonight.
