Fission is a word and Fussion is not.

You might want to ask about the difference between binary fission and binary fusion. No need to capitalize, either.

Binary Fusion: joining them together

can kill you
take lots of special equipment

Fission implies putting asunder
Fusion implies putting together.
Not sure where the ';binary' comes in.
