Not having a Valentine

It would be easier to find the best thing because there are so many bad things! Ugh....... I hate how it makes everyone all googly eyed and mushy with each other..... I mean, if you love someone you shouldn't act that way just for a stupid holiday. I hate how it is so material. Its all about money. Its just ridiculous. and I hate how it reminds mee that I am alone, and basically not worth it......... Valentines Day is a sad exuse for people to act like they have no common sense, spend money, and become extremely depressed.

the fact that your girlfriend feels obligated to have something special done for her just because of all the damn marketing these days, i asked her to tell me who st valentine was and she got angry with me.. looks like i'm not taking her out for dinner tomorrow night!

all of the people and their "valentines" walking around with their giant balloons and cards and showing off all of their chocolates and crap to people who didnt get anything

I just don't like it because its ridiculous...everyone giving cards that have no real love attached to them. I prefer real love that is spontaneous that is can be shown any day of the year.

-The cheesy specials on T.V.
-The chocolates and teddy bears and other superficial things.
-People saying 'I love you' and not knowing what they're saying.
